Open Check Policy
It is FRS POLICY for all riders to supply TWO open checks a few days before the show. The first check is for entry fees (you can put the show name on the check). The second for Falcon Ridge Stables. The check is then filled out at the end of the day. If you are NOT comfortable with leaving an open check or forgot to bring one to the show, Falcon Ridge has the following policy: Falcon Ridge will gladly supply a check for the show entry fees for an office surcharge of $25.00. The entry fees will then be billed on your horse show bill. The horse show bill MUST be paid by the following Wednesday.

PLEASE PLACE BOTH CHECKS IN THE PAYMENT BOX THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE SHOW

Shipping:
Wills Park $30.00
Chateau Elan $60.00
Conyers $75.00

*All others $1.00 per mile or less depending
on location and how many are going

Schooling:
Pre-show day schooling $50.00
Show Day $50.00

Horse Training:
$35.00 per day if your horse needs to be schooled the day before or the morning of the show. This charge is free for horses already in training at the barn.

Tack Stalls: Split among clients.
3 - 5 horses 1 Stall
6+ horses 2 Stalls

Show Lease:
Leasing school horse, $50.00 per day.

Shavings:
This fee is usually paid to and charged by the show.
$5.00 - $7.00 per bag

Trainer Hotel:
To be split among clients.

Supplements:
Bute, Banamine, etc.
$5.00 - $25.00 per day depending on type of supplement

Day Fees:
Supplies $25.00 per show (includes labor)

Supplies:
This fee cannot be worked off
Supplies Include: Tack room set up - drapes, tools, saddle racks, bridle racks, shelves, decorations, feed set up, rakes, buckets, stall cleaning tools, clips, extras - pine bark, flowers, golf cart, etc.

Labor:
The $5.00 labor charge per day can be worked off as follows:

Day Before Show:
Figuring feed/hay, loading supplies and horses, preparing supplements, packing buckets, drapes, chairs, rakes, purchasing any extras needed such as bark, decorations, more
supplies.

Each Show Day:
Set up feed, hay; feed am or pm or delegate; oversee all care, such as blanketing and un-blanketing, bandaging; rinse and refill water buckets; organize tack and feed rooms.

Last Day:
Break Down and pack all supplies. Unload & clean trailer.

Day After Show:
Rinse all buckets, clean and organize trailer, inventory all items for next horse show.

Client Fees:
No Labor Fee will be charged that day if you participate in the following: set up, raking, watering, feeding, blanketing, etc., shift work such as entire feeding (i.e, morning feeding) loading and/or unloading of the trailer and horses break down and set up

EACH CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Cleaning your horses' stall each day.
Putting shipping boots, halter, lead rope at horses stall pre and post show.
Wrapping and unwrapping your horse at show (ask for help if needed).
Cleaning your horse and tack.
Keeping your items organized and put away.
